Our corporate structure consists of Atlantys Aqualife Sdn Bhd as the parent company, overseeing two subsidiaries: Atlantys Hatcheries Sdn Bhd, specializing in hatchery operations, and Atlantys Fish Farms (Sempang) Sdn Bhd, focused on large-scale fish farming.
With a state-of-the-art aquaculture farm spanning 11 hectares at the Zon Industri Akuakultur Sempang in Merlimau, Melaka, we operate with a vision to meet the rising global demand for premium seafood while ensuring environmental responsibility. Encik Mohd Silahuddin Bin Jamaluddin
At the heart of Atlantys Aqualife Sdn Bhd is Encik Mohd Silahuddin Bin Jamaluddin, a seasoned industry leader with over three decades of experience in business development and strategic expansion. His leadership is defined by a strong commitment to sustainable aquaculture, high-quality seafood production, and ethical business practices.
A firm believer in continuous learning and innovation, Encik Silahuddin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Information Systems from Georgia State University, USA. He has also acquired numerous certifications in marketing, management, and business planning, equipping him with the expertise to navigate complex industries and drive growth.
His career began in 1984 in the United States, where he held regional management roles in the retail and medical insurance sectors, honing his strategic and leadership acumen. Upon returning to Malaysia in 1994, he made significant contributions to the building materials industry, including brick, timber, and steel, before transitioning into aquaculture.
With a proven track record of driving business expansion and strategic development, Encik Silahuddin has successfully led initiatives across multiple industries, including infrastructure, mining, renewable energy, and food production. His ability to adapt and innovate has positioned him as a key figure in Malaysia’s growing aquaculture sector.
